Terms and Condition
Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise arranged and noted in the service agreement. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, check or cash.
Corrections of Damages:
Capital Smart Washing, LLC (CSW) obligations under the Contract are limited to structural damages that arise directly from operator error, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. Any damages must be identified and reported within two calendar days following the completion of the work. Upon receiving written notification, CSW will have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to conduct an inspection of the premises.
CSW retains the exclusive right to either repair the damages or to engage a contractor to perform the necessary repairs for any structural damages directly attributable to CSW.
Collection of Outstanding Debt:
Capital Smart Washing, LLC (CSW) reserves the right to file a mechanic’s lien against a homeowner’s property in the event of non-payment. A formal notice indicating the intent to file such a lien will be sent via registered mail after a period of 30 days without payment. An interest rate of 2% per month will begin to accumulate from the 31st day of non-payment. Additionally, CSW retains the option to initiate legal proceedings in civil claims court to recover any unpaid debts. Any legal expenses incurred will be added to the total outstanding balance. This agreement is legally enforceable.
Terms of Service Agreement:
Once the estimate is accepted, the Customer confirms that all specifications and terms are deemed satisfactory and concurred. The Customer grants Capital Smart Washing, LLC. (CSW) permission to carry out the work as detailed in the estimate document. The Customer consents to release CSW from any liability for property damage, except in instances of gross negligence or willful misconduct. CSW shall not be held responsible for damage to loose siding, windows, paint, or wood trim. The owner accepts responsibility for any damages arising from the conditions mentioned above.
