Release of Liability
Power washing employs high-pressure techniques and potent chemicals to effectively remove stubborn stains from outdoor surfaces. This method ensures optimal cleanliness; however, the use of such elevated pressure carries the risk of potential damage. Technicians at Capital Smart Washing, LLC. (CSW) are thoroughly trained in the operation of their equipment and exercise the highest level of caution to protect your investment from any harm.
High pressure is typically not applied to residential siding; however, damage may still arise from inadequate maintenance, neglect of the property, or the use of substandard building materials. Homeowners are advised to consult with their builders to confirm that the materials used in their homes are suitable for pressure washing. It is the homeowner’s duty to maintain the property in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines and to address any defects or areas of concern before washing, ensuring a watertight surface.
The Homeowner acknowledges and accepts all associated risks and assumes responsibility for any damages resulting from the aforementioned circumstances. Furthermore, the Client consents to absolve CSW of any and all liability for injuries incurred as a result of equipment placement, including but not limited to injuries arising from tripping or falling, colliding with equipment, or being struck by falling debris or equipment.
